These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CFmanager ("the Service"), operated by Kanokphan Phathai Limited Partnership (ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด กนกพรรณผ้าไทย). By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
CFmanager is a live-commerce operations tool that helps page administrators manage Facebook Live selling workflows, including comment-based reservations, Messenger conversations, orders, inventory, and related business operations.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may only connect Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Meta Platform Connection
When you connect Facebook, you authorize us to access Platform Data through Meta Graph API permissions that you approve. You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and applicable Facebook Page policies. You may disconnect Facebook at any time from Settings in the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, using the Service for unlawful sales, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates Meta policies or Thai law.
5. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal and Platform Data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge our Data Deletion Instructions for requesting removal of Facebook-related data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, remains the property of Kanokphan Phathai Limited Partnership. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data that you submit to the Service.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, Meta platform outages, or third-party integrations.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect Facebook from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
