How to delete Facebook data from our system
Users can request deletion of data associated with their Facebook connection by following either method below.
- Sign in to CFmanager.
- Go to Settings > Facebook Page (Connected Accounts).
- Click Disconnect Facebook.
Request deletion by email
Alternatively, send a deletion request to Development@kanokpunphathai.com and include:
- The email address of your CFmanager account
- The Facebook Page name and Page ID you want removed
- A clear statement that you request deletion of Facebook-related data
What we delete
After a valid request, we permanently delete the following Facebook-related data from our servers within 30 days:
- Facebook User ID associated with the connected account
- Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Page Access Token and related user access tokens
- Comment data, page-scoped IDs (PSID), and Messenger conversation data stored for the connected Page
- Other Platform Data collected solely for the Facebook connection
Revoking access in Facebook
You may also revoke our app's access at any time in your Facebook account under Settings > Apps and Websites. Revoking access stops new data collection; to remove data already stored in CFmanager, use Disconnect or email us as described above.
